Charlotte Weaver, 75, of Caldwell County

Charlotte Marie Weaver, age 75, of Caldwell County, Kentucky, passed away on June 18, 2024, at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville, Indiana, leaving behind a legacy of love and selflessness.

Born on August 24, 1948, in Caldwell County, she lived a life characterized by her unwavering warmth and friendship. Charlotte was known for her joyful spirit and her ability to make meaningful connections with everyone she encountered. Never one to meet a stranger, she was always friendly, always ready to engage in conversation and share a laugh. She was a devoted member of Cornerstone Baptist Church in Princeton for over three decades. She cherished her role as a mother, grandmother, and friend, embodying qualities of generosity and kindness that those around her aspired to emulate.

She is fondly remembered and dearly missed by her family, including her daughter, Tammy (Terry Wood) Brown of Princeton; two sons, Kendall (Tabitha) Vickrey and Anthony Vickrey, both of Princeton; three brothers, Terry Lewis, Roger Lewis, both of Princeton and Stevie (Sharon) Lewis of Grand Rivers. Charlotte’s joy and love live on through her five grandchildren, Jacob Brown, Shawna Brown, Justin (Kaitlyn) Wood, Alanda Vickrey, Julia Vickrey, and her three great-grandchildren, Noah Weaver, Cainan Brown and Tate Wood. She also leaves behind several loving nieces and nephews.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents, William Alfred and Marie Lewis, and four beloved brothers, Tommy, Danny, Chuckie, and Lindford Lewis.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, June 24, 2024, at Cedar Hill Cemetery with Bro. Jerry Driver officiating.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. on Monday, June 24, 2024 at Morgan’s Funeral Home.
