Waste Corporation of America experiencing customer service issues in Princeton
Waste Corporation of America is experiencing customer service issues at it’s Princeton location.
Lana Alderdice, Major Accounts Manager, told WPKY that they are currently experiencing some technical difficulties with Princeton’s customer service phone line. Right now when you call a pre-recorded message tells you that the offices are closed and to leave a message. Lana said to email them at their customer service email instead, just to make sure your message is received. You can reach them at email@example.com. A customer service representative will call you when your message has been received.
Lana also said that they are working on fixing the issue, but it seems to be with the telephone provider, so she is not sure when the problem will be corrected. Until then, voicing your concerns through email will be the best way to contact them.
As of July 1, 2018 Waste Corporation of America bought Freedom Waste Service in it’s entirety, including the hauling and transfer station in Princeton. WCA is working to improve waste services here and around the region by improving customer service, investing in the community and the company, and growing.
