Investigation into a forged check complaint at Food Giant in Princeton has lead to charges for a Hopkinsville man.
According to a Princeton Police report officers recovered a check in the amount of $400 written to Food Giant on a closed account. The check was originally written in August 2018.
The report states that officers have cited 34-year-old Joshua A. Colwell to appear in court on charges of theft by deception under $500 and possession of a forged instrument second degree.
