Funeral services for Larry Thorning, age 72, of Kuttawa and formerly of “Between the Rivers”, will be held Friday morning at eleven at Lakeland Funeral Home in Eddyville. Burial with military honors will follow in Smith Cemetery in LBL.
Visitation will be held Thursday evening from four until eight at the funeral home.
Larry was a member of Abundant Life Worship Center in Calvert City, a U.S. Army veteran and a retired telephone repairman/installer with Windstream.
Survivors include his wife: Carolyn Phelps Thorning of Kuttawa; one daughter: Jennifer O’Bryan of Kuttawa; three step sons: Greg Egbert of Dallas, GA, James Egbert and wife, Judy, of St. Louis, MO, and Larry Brodgon of Madisonville; eight grandchildren; one nephew and two great nephews.
