A memorial services for John Lewis Stacey, age 82, of Eddyville, will be held at a later date in Madison Heights, MI. There will be no visitation or services locally.
John was a retired industrial contractor specializing in online leak repairs to utility systems and attended Fairview United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife: Sherry McReynolds Stacey of Eddyville; one daughter: Sandra Wehbe and husband, Samir, of Troy, MI; two sons: Ryan Stacey and wife, Amanda, of Lake Orion, MI and John Stacey Jr. of Madison Heights, MI; one sister: Connie Stacey of Georgia; one brother: Hershal Stacey of Buford, GA, twelve grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, one special niece: McGee Strickland and her daughter, Manon, and several other nieces and nephews.
Lakeland Funeral Home in Eddyville is in charge of arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project in Topeka, Kansas.
