The Caldwell County Extension Office is continuing to offering great family friendly programming, even if it’s just a bit different than normal.
Agent for Family and Consumer Sciences Ashley White says that she has moved story time to an online platform.
She adds that she also has a Cook Together, Eat Together Facebook group for families who want to learn to cook together.
Community members can also take part in “Programs on the Go,” which are available for pick-up outside the Extension Office. White states that new kits to help celebrate Earth Day were released Wednesday and are available while supplies last.
She notes that the kits have been quite a hit with the community and is reminding people to share how they’ve been putting them to use with the Extension Office.
If you missed picking up an Earth Day kit Wednesday more kits will be available on Thursday at the Caldwell County Extension Office, which is located at 1025 Highway 62 West in Princeton. For more information you can contact them at 270-365-2787.
