New COVID-19 Case Confirmed In Trigg County


The Pennyrile District Health Department is reporting a new COVID-19 case has been confirmed in Trigg County, bringing the total number of cases in the county to five.
Spokesman Josh Ramage with the health department tells the News Edge the positive coronavirus case was confirmed Wednesday.

This is the first positive case of COVID-19 since the fourth case in Trigg County was confirmed two-weeks ago. That case was confirmed on April 8 and involved a 35-year old female who was recovering in isolation at home and was doing well.
