A Marion man is facing several charges, including his second offense for possessing meth after he fled from deputies in Lyon County Wednesday night.
The Lyon County Sheriff’s Department reports Deputy Seth P’Pool was on patrol near Joe Peek Road and KY 295 North about 6.5 miles north of Eddyville when he observed a car on KY 295 that he had been made aware of was occupied by a fugitive, 33-year old Mitchell Peek.
According to the report, the deputy attempted to stop the vehicle. However, Peek continued into Crittenden County before stopping. He then reportedly fled on foot and threw an object into the woods.
