A Princeton man already behind bars on other offenses is now facing a drug trafficking charge.
Assistant Princeton Police Chief Shane Allison reports 22-year old Donterius Matchen was served a warrant at the Caldwell County Jail charging him with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine). He says the warrant stems from an investigation by the Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force.
According to information on the jail’s website, Matchen was reportedly arrested December 7 on charges of fourth-degree assault, first-degree criminal trespassing, and third-degree criminal mischief.
