Fredonia native Ellie McGowan was crowned Murray State homecoming queen at halftime of Saturday’s football game with Austin Peay.
McGowan is a sophomore at Murray State and Crittenden County High School graduate majoring in Ag Business with a minor in political science.
She serves on Murray State’s student council and is a Presidential Fellow in the MSU Honors College.
Ellie is the daughter of Mollie Bennett Tabor, Shawn Tabor, and Lowell McGowan.
