The National Weather Service has issued a flood watch in effect from Friday evening through Saturday afternoon for all of western Kentucky.
Weather forecaster Mike York with the Paducah office says the first weather incident will be Friday with heavy rains expected to drop between two and four inches of rain in a short amount of time.
