Christ In Action Wrapping Up With A Community Serve Day

Christ In Action is wrapping up its volunteer work with a Serve Day on Saturday to help those who still need assistance with cleaning up debris from the ice storm.
Christ In Action has been in Caldwell County since the December tornado working alongside other churches and individuals to help with clean-up efforts and any other assistance needed on people’s property, as well as with bringing hope to families who are suffering.
During a Friday morning visit with WPKY, Chris Zitzmann with Christ In Action says they have provided assistance to 160 local families affected by the tornado and ice storm. However, he adds as they wrap up their volunteer work in the area they still have about 50 to 60 requests that need to be taken care of, which is why they are asking anyone that wants to volunteer to help to come to Christ Tabernacle on Saturday.
