Officials with Pennyrile District Health Department have announced local health department locations in Caldwell, Crittenden, Livingston, Lyon and Trigg counties will be closed to regular clinic services from February 28 to March 2 for in-house training.
Officials say the Caldwell County Health Department will remain open on Tuesday, March 1, for their regular COVID vaccine clinic only.
According to the health department, environmental services will continue to operate under normal business hours in each county.
