
A traffic stop in Caldwell County led to the arrest of a Marion man for possessing meth and marijuana Monday night.
Caldwell County Chief Deputy Sheriff Chris Noel reports Deputy Evan Head stopped a vehicle driven by 42-year old Gordon Hazel for speeding at the KY 91/KY 641 intersection shortly before 9:00 p.m.
After an investigation, Hazel was taken into custody and charged with speeding 10 mph over the limit, improper use of blue lights, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). He was booked into the Caldwell County Jail.
