This week is National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week, a time set aside to celebrate and honor those that serve as a lifeline for people during some of the worst moments of their life.
Director of the Pennyrile Emergency Assistance Center, Chris Noel says the local telecommunicators are the “unsung heroes” that help the community.
