Princeton Man Charged With Trafficking Marijuana And Pills

A Princeton man was arrested on drug trafficking charges after a home visit by probation and parole and law enforcement Wednesday morning.
Princeton Assistant Police Chief Shane Allison reports officers and the Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force assisted Probation and Parole officers on a home visit at a residence near the 100 block of West Young Circle around 11:30 a.m. He says when 25-year old Sean D. Conger opened the front door, officers detected a strong odor of marijuana coming from the residence. Conger was reportedly found in possession of a large quantity of marijuana and Xanax pills (bars).
Conger was charged with his second offense for trafficking in marijuana over 8 ounces less than 5 pounds – weapon enhanced, third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance 2nd offense – weapon enhanced, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Caldwell County Jail.
