Rotary Club Accepting Requests To Build Beds For Children In Need

The Princeton Rotary Club wants to get the word out to the community that they are accepting requests to build beds for children of tornado victims in Caldwell and Lyon counties by using funds from a $10,000 Build-a-Bed grant.
During Tuesday’s club meeting, President Roy Burris said they want to ensure children who need a bed have one.

She also said they have amended the grant to include metal beds.

Boone said she has also contacted Lyon County to let them know that the club has a grant to provide beds for children affected by the tornado, and she will also contact Brother Harrell Riley who is coordinating the Caldwell County Tornado Distribution Center. Club Treasurer Pam Brunelle added she will reach out to Stacey Menser who is coordinating the Caldwell County Long-Term Recovery Group.
