Jim is survived by his wife of 28 years, Betty Jo Towery Collins; two daughters, Kelly Jean Collins and Brenda Kay Collins; one son Gary (Lori) Collins; one sister, Frances Collins Chambliss; three grandchildren, Aislinn (Joshua) Robinson, Ethan Collins, and Isabella Collins; two great-grandchildren; Ai’fe Robinson and Torbjorn Robinson.
