The Caldwell County 4-H Sharpshooters will have a fundraiser Thursday in the Kings Great Buys Plus parking lot in Princeton. They will be selling items from Auntie Anne’s Pretzels from 11am-6pm.
10-year-old Wyatt Dickerson of the Sharpshooters says the fundraiser will help provide club equipment such as ammunition.

click to download audioBecause of the tornado, the Sharpshooters are only able to participate in shotgun and archery this year.
Shooting sports are challenging, but Dickerson and his 11-year-old teammate Carter Dalton explain they never get upset if something goes wrong.
click to download audioThe Sharpshooters begin practice in March of every year and meet every Tuesday. There are currently 25 members. Children wanting to get involved must have turned 9 years old by January 1.
