The Crittenden County Sheriff’s Department is reporting a man being sought on charges in Crittenden County and who is also wanted in Illinois for reportedly not complying with the sex-offender registry has been arrested.
The Crittenden County Sheriff’s Department posted on social media Sunday night they were looking for 47-year old Brian K. Haymaker (aka Brian K. Moore and Brian Shipley) who was last known to be living on Franklin Mines Road in Marion.
Authorities said he was wanted in Illinois for being non-compliant with the sex offender registry, as well as complaints for theft of services, assault charges and fire-arm possession in Crittenden County.
The sheriff’s office reported Monday afternoon that Haymaker had been apprehended. No other details were released.
