The GFL transfer station in Princeton will be temporarily closed to the public next month.
GFL Municipal Account Manager Jeff Simms says the transfer station, located on Highway US 62 West will be closed to the public for dumping from August 1 through August 31. He indicates GFL will be serving their municipal residential, commercial, and roll-off customers from across the region out of Princeton. Simms says they know this will be an inconvenience however, it is necessary for important infrastructure maintenance.
