A Marion man was injured in a single-vehicle wreck in Caldwell County Thursday afternoon.
Caldwell County Sheriff Chris Noel reports deputies responded to a rollover wreck at the 21-mile marker of KY 91 North near Fredonia around noon.
According to Sheriff Noel, an investigation by Deputy Steve Ladd determined 67-year old Richard Nelson was traveling northbound when he ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a culvert, causing the vehicle to flip before coming to rest on the driver’s side.
He says Nelson was transported to Caldwell County Hospital by EMS for non-life threatening injuries.
