A single-vehicle wreck in Lyon County led to a DUI arrest over the weekend.
Lyon County Sheriff Brent White reports Chief Deputy Sam Adams responded to a rollover wreck on US 641 North, about one mile north of Eddyville shortly before 8:00 Saturday morning.
An investigation by Chief Deputy Adams revealed 30-year old Jordan Wright, of Providence, was driving a Jeep southbound when he lost control of his vehicle in a curve, causing it to run off the roadway, hit a Kentucky Utility pole and then overturn. Wright reportedly refused medical treatment and was taken into custody on charges of DUI-1st offense, no insurance and failure to wear seat belts. He was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.
