Joseph’s Storage Bin is extending its hours Thursday for back-to-school shopping.
Director Roger Mitchell says they normally close at 4:00, but on Thursday Joseph’s Storage Bin will be open until 7:00 p.m.
click to download audioThey have a number of winter coats already stored, but what Mitchell says they don’t have a lot of is the lighter fall jackets that will be needed in the near future. He notes that they sort all of the donated gently used clothing items to make shopping easier.

click to download audioAccording to Mitchell, the security camera on-site is so they can be good stewards of the donated merchandise they receive.
click to download audioHe iterates that Joseph’s Storage Bin is not just for tornado victims; merchandise is available for the general public. Mitchell says “every penny they receive goes back to ministry.”
Normal business hours at Joseph’s Storage Bin, located at 126 West Main Street, are from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, but they are extending the store hours Thursday until 7 p.m. for back-to-school shopping.
Caldwell County students will be heading back to the classroom officially on Monday, August 29th.
