A Marion man was arrested after a rollover wreck on KY 91 North in Caldwell County Wednesday night.
According to emergency personnel, the wreck occurred in the 14000 block of KY 91 North/Marion Road near Skinframe Road around 10:00.
Caldwell County Sheriff Chris Noel reports when deputies were responding to the rollover they were advised the vehicle was on fire. 35-year old Mark White was taken into custody after Deputy Kenneth Vincent arrived on the scene and conducted an investigation.
White was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle. He was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
