A Princeton man was charged with resisting arrest after police responded to a local store for a possible fight Wednesday night.
Assistant Princeton Police Chief Shane Allison reports officers responded to the Ideal convenience store on West Main Street shortly before 7:15 p.m. He says officers determined 63-year old Barry W. Sullivan was under the influence of intoxicants and was cussing and causing issues with other customers.
Sullivan was taken into custody and charged with alcohol intoxication and resisting arrest. He was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
