A Tennessee man was arrested for DUI after a wreck in Kuttawa Monday night.
According to Lyon County Sheriff Brent White, Deputy Seth P’Pool responded to a single-vehicle collision at the intersection of Old Kuttawa Road and Lakeshore Drive around 8:30 p.m. His investigation revealed a car driven by 60-year old Kevin Trovillion, of Clarksville, ran off the roadway and hit a rocked embankment before nearly entering a pond.
Sheriff White says Trovillion was picked up by a passer-by but was quickly located by Deputy P’Pool near Exit 40 where he was taken into custody and charged with DUI 1st offense. He was lodged in the Crittenden County Jail.
