Two FFA teams that were recently named champions at the state fair were recognized by members of the Caldwell County school board at Monday night’s meeting.
Superintendent Dr. Jeremy Roach recognized the Junior Livestock Judging Team and the Junior Dairy Judging Team which he noted each team placed 1st at the Kentucky State Fair last month.
Dr. Roach handed out Certificates of Recognition to the members of the Jr. Livestock Judge Team : Whitley Carter, Evan Cotton, Paycen Rogers, and Abbey Gill.
Certificates of Recognition were also presented to members of the Jr. Dairy Judging Team: Olivia Baker, Harper Ritchey, and Morgan Butler. Cali Traylor was not at the school board meeting.
