An Eddyville man wanted on a warrant was arrested after he reportedly ran from Princeton police Tuesday night.
Princeton Assistant Police Chief Shane Allison reports officers observed 39-year old Brian K. Odom walking on Marion Road near the I-69 ramp around 11:10 p.m. He says officers knew that Odom had an active warrant and made contact with him, but he resisted arrest and then ran. He was apprehended about five minutes later near Robin Road.
Odom was booked into the Caldwell County Jail on charges of resisting arrest and second-degree fleeing or evading police on foot. He was also served with a Crittenden County Arrest Warrant charging him with flagrant non-support.
