Princeton Man Charged With Strangulation After Altercation

A Princeton man has been charged with strangulation after an altercation Thursday night.
Princeton Assistant Police Chief Shane Allison says officers responded to West Young apartments for a domestic disturbance shortly before 9:00. According to the report, 40-year old David R. Parish was taken into custody after an investigation determined that he had assaulted and choked the victim during a physical altercation.
Parish was charged with fourth-degree assault domestic violence and first-degree strangulation.
