Planters Bank has announced that Kelly Capps has joined the financial institution as a Consumer Banking Officer at the Princeton branch.
Marketing Director Ashley Jackson with the bank says Capps worked for 9 years at Farmers Bank & Trust where she was a Secondary Market Loan Originator and Mortgage Lender. Prior to banking, Kelly spent several years as the Finance Manager for the Honda of Princeton dealership. She recently joined Princeton Rotary Club and is looking forward to serving her community as a representative of Planters Bank.
According to Jackson, Capps was born and raised in Princeton and is a lifelong member of First Baptist Church. She is a 1988 graduate of Caldwell County High School. Capps has been married for 17 years to husband Jeff Capps and they have two daughters, three sons, and eight (soon to be 9) grandchildren. Capps reportedly spends her spare time at the Caldwell County Youth, Inc. baseball and soccer fields watching the little Tigers play ball or at the Lee S. Jones Park in Eddyville watching the little Lyons.
