A Kuttawa woman was transported to a local hospital after a single-vehicle wreck in Lyon County.
Sheriff Brent White, Lyon County EMS and Kuttawa Fire Department responded to the crash in the 400 block of KY 93 North around 11:00 Thursday morning.
Sheriff White says an investigation revealed 49-year old Dena M. Decker was northbound on KY 93 when she failed to negotiate a curve, causing the vehicle to run off the right side of the roadway. The vehicle then reportedly hit a ditch and trees before overturning on its side.
Decker was transported to Caldwell County Medical Center for treatment of injuries.
The collision remains under investigation by Sheriff White.
