A group of juveniles is facing charges after allegedly vandalizing a business in Kuttawa last week.
Around 10:20 Monday morning, October 10th, Sheriff Brent White responded to a business where the victim had discovered various types of damage to his property.
According to the investigation, video surveillance showed a group of juveniles entered the victim’s property and caused approximately $3,700 in damage to newly installed building materials at the business.
Sheriff White notes that this complaint coincides with the increased complaints of juvenile ATV use in Kuttawa. He indicates the juveniles have been identified and charges are pending.
