An Eddyville woman has been charged with allegedly causing thousands of dollars in damages to a rental property.
According to Lyon County Sheriff Brent White, 41-year old Holly L. Stallins was served a Lyon District Court Criminal Warrant by Deputy Jeremy Hillyard around 12:30 Tuesday afternoon, October 18th, charging her with first-degree criminal mischief. Stallins is accused of causing $2,000 in damage to a rental property prior to being evicted.
Sheriff White says Chief Deputy Sam Adams investigated this case.
