A suspicious person complaint landed a fugitive wanted in another state in jail after he allegedly stole a license plate in Caldwell County over the weekend.
According to Sheriff Chris Noel, deputies responded to Railroad Lane just after 9:45 Saturday morning. He says 34-year old Jonathan Millikan, whose address is listed as unknown, was taken into custody by Deputy Kenneth Vincent and charged with theft of a motor vehicle registration plate and fugitive from another state. Sheriff Noel indicates Millikan was wanted out of Indiana.
Millikan was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
