Photos Needed For 6th Annual Holiday Remembrance Service

Locally owned Morgan’s and Lakeland Funeral Homes will host the 6th annual Holiday Service of Remembrance Thursday evening, November 17, at 6:00 at Ogden Memorial United Methodist Church in Princeton.
Officials at the funeral homes say this service will be the first one held in person since the Coronavirus global pandemic.
According to a release from the funeral homes, the Holiday Service of Remembrance will be an opportunity for families that have lost loved one to or during COVID-19 to attend and honor their loved one through this special remembrance event.  They know some families will attend this service together to honor and remember their loved ones since there were not able to hold public services due to the restrictions during COVID.
In addition to the beautiful music, inspirational message and candlelight ceremony during the service, a video presentation will be shown in honor of your loved ones. If you would like a photo included, you can upload it to the funeral home’s website, www.morganfuneralhome.com, or drop it by Morgan’s or Lakeland Funeral Homes. If you’ve uploaded photos, call 270-365-5595, to confirm they received it. The deadline to submit photos is November 9th.
The release says the Holiday Service Remembrance is open to all families in our area who have experienced loss at any time whether services were held at Morgan’s and Lakeland Funeral Homes or elsewhere. There is no admission and all attendees receive a special gift.
