Three days of early voting will get underway in preparation for the November 8 General Election next Tuesday.
Early voting polling places will be open in Caldwell County and other counties across the state through Saturday, November 5.
In Caldwell County, early voting takes place Thursday through Saturday, November 3-5, from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. in the basement of the Caldwell County Courthouse.
No excuse is required to cast ballots the next three days at any early voting location.
County Clerk Toni Watson says early in-person voters should use the North door entrance if possible, which is handicap accessible with no steps. In addition, she says parking spaces are reserved for voters at the back and East side of the courthouse.
