Caldwell Grand Jury Returns Indictments For Robbery And Other Felonies


The Caldwell County Grand Jury returned 14 felony indictments from the November 4th session, including on charges of robbery, wanton endangerment, identity theft, and possession of a forged instrument.
33-year old Jesse J. Rucker, whose address is listed as unknown on the indictment, was indicted on charges of first-degree robbery, receiving stolen property of $10,000 or more, and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. According to the indictment, the charges are from an incident that occurred on November 10, 2021, in Caldwell County when Rucker allegedly committed a theft and used physical force while armed with a deadly weapon.
A true bill was returned on 29-year old Danielle L. Sherrill of Princeton on charges of theft of identity, giving an officer false identifying information, possession of marijuana, and first-degree persistent felony offender. Sherrill was arrested on warrants by Princeton Police in the parking lot of Rulers on September 5, 2022, where she reportedly gave officers a different name and date of birth before they confirmed her identity.
32-year old Alex B. Scott of Princeton was indicted on a charge of first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. Scott was arrested on a warrant by Princeton Police after an investigation into merchandise purchased with counterfeit money at Casey’s General Store on August 10, 2022.
A true bill was returned on 28-year old Hannah E. Lynch of Princeton on a charge of first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. The indictment alleges on August 10, 2022, used counterfeit money to defraud, deceive or injure another.
21-year old Jaden M. Travis of Princeton was indicted on charges of DUI – 1st offense (aggravating circumstances) and first-degree wanton endangerment. The charges stem from July 4th when Travis was arrested by the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office after his vehicle overturned on Kentucky Highway 293.
