The Caldwell County Grand Jury returned several felony indictments from the December 2 session, including on charges of jury tampering, assault, strangulation and theft.
True bills were returned on 32-year old Jess B. Fitzgerald and 22-year old Kelsey R. Ford, whose addresses are listed as unknown, on charges of second-degree burglary by complicity and resisting arrest. Ford was also indicted on charges of second-degree escape, second-degree disorderly conduct, and violation of conditions of release.
The duo was arrested by the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office in October after deputies responded to individuals trespassing on property located on Otto Pond Road. After the pair were taken to the jail, Sheriff Chris Noel said Ford ran when she was removed from the vehicle and was apprehended after a short foot pursuit.
Ford was taken into custody on the Caldwell County Indictment Warrant shortly before 3:30 Saturday afternoon by Princeton Police.
The grand jury indicted 40-year old David Ryan Parish, of Princeton, on charges of fourth-degree assault and first-degree strangulation.
The charges stem from September when Princeton Police officers responded to West Young Apartments for a domestic disturbance. Parish was taken into custody after a police investigation reportedly determined that he had assaulted and choked the victim during a physical altercation.
31-year old Michael R. Harris, of Princeton, was indicted on charges of fourth-degree assault and first-degree strangulation.
The charges are in connection to an investigation into a complaint that occurred on October 28 when Princeton Police said a female victim came to headquarters and filed a report that she had been assaulted and choked by Harris.
Harris was served a Caldwell County Indictment warrant at the local jail around shortly after 7:20 Tuesday morning, according to Princeton Assistant Police Chief Shane Allison
A true bill was returned on 31-year old William T. Byarly, of Dawson Springs, on one charge of theft by unlawful taking under $10,000 – Auto.
The grand jury indicted 49-year old Angela Sue Wilson, of Rosine, on charges of theft by unlawful taking under $500, theft by unlawful taking under $10,000 – Auto, and theft by unlawful taking – Firearm.
43-year old Angie L. Nichols, of Princeton, was indicted on seventeen counts of jury tampering.
