Saturday was the inaugural Small Town Christmas Carnival sponsored by the Caldwell County Band Boosters.
The 4-hour activity provided children with multiple opportunities to play games, win prizes and enjoy themselves. This carnival was planned for last year but was postponed to this Christmas season. Band Booster President Rachel Cummins said the funds raised will be used to help with the local band programs.
