Kentucky State Police are searching for an escaped inmate from the Webster County Jail.
Post 2 spokesman Trooper Brandon McPherson says 45-year old Richard Louis Harper escaped the jail around 3:15 Sunday afternoon wearing a tan jacket that says “Webster Co Jail”, blue jeans, and white shoes. His direction of travel is unknown at this time.
Harper is described as a white male with blue eyes and gray hair, approximately 6’1 tall, and weighs about 185 pounds.
Kentucky State Police are asking the public to be on the lookout for Harper and if located, please contact Post 2 at 270-676-3313.
