A search warrant at an apartment in Webster County netted the arrest of a couple for possessing drugs.
Webster County Sheriff Billy Braden and deputies executed a search warrant at an apartment at Hillcrest Apartments on U.S. 41 North in Sebree around 7:10 Monday night. After K-9 Kora was deployed, Sheriff Braden says they found methamphetamine inside the residence, as well as narcotics hidden in a wall cavity.
Joy Beth Wilson and Justin “Turbo” Wilson were both taken into custody and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance – 2nd offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of a legend drug and second-degree hindering prosecution or apprehension. The couple was lodged in the Webster County Detention Center.
