Overnight refreezing has reportedly left Caldwell County roads in even more precarious conditions this morning than they were on Tuesday, when locals awoke to a wintry mix of sleet, freezing rain and snow on area roadways.
As of mid-morning, Princeton Public Works Director David Sullenger says city streets are extremely slick this morning and any improvement today will depend on Mother Nature.
