A Henderson woman wanted in Indiana on felony charges was arrested in Lyon County last week.
Shortly before 1:00 Friday afternoon, Sheriff Brent White says 41-year old Theresa Givens was taken into custody on a Lyon District Court arrest warrant for being a fugitive from justice. He indicates Givens is wanted in Indiana on charges of burglary and theft/receiving felony offenses.
According to Sheriff White, Givens was lodged in the Ross-Cash Correctional Complex pending extradition proceedings.
