National FBLA Week Celebrated At Caldwell County

The Caldwell County High School Future Business Leaders of American Club is participating in National FBLA week.
This is the first time in a few years the local group has joined in the national celebration. The local club was founded in 1953 making this year their 70th anniversary. Wednesday was their club meeting day and members opened the meeting with their pledge and then planned for upcoming activities. It was noted the club’s Facebook page has been updated and featured the club officers and will now be operating on a regular basis. They also issued a challenge to the local FFA Chapter for a food drive they are hosting on Friday, the challenge will see which club can bring in the most can food products.

Sponsor Jennifer Griggs treated members with cupcakes and juice to recognize the club turning 70 this year.
