The Caldwell County Cope Center will be hosting a ‘Truth and Consequences’ program on April 20th. Theresa Ray from the Youth Service Center says the program emphasizes substance and alcohol prevention.
Ray says this is a big undertaking because it takes a lot of people “to man this program” for the freshman class because they will have numerous booths set up that will include judges, lawyers, school board members, principals, police officers, volunteer parents and more.
