Prowler Complaint Leads To Drug Arrest In Crittenden County


A man was arrested for possessing drugs after deputies responded to a prowler complaint in Crittenden County last week.
Crittenden County Sheriff Evan Head reported on social media that he responded to the complaint on Sulphur Springs Road shortly after 1:00 Friday morning and found Timothy Russelburg at the residence intoxicated.
Russelburg was charged with possession of marijuana, first-degree possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, public intoxication – controlled substance excludes alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to notify address change. He was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.
