Man Arrested on Drug Possession Charges in Livingston County

A Tennessee man was arrested on drug possession charges in Livingston County last week.
According to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office, Deputy Zackary Dunigan observed a suspicious vehicle parked after hours at a business in Grand Rivers around 11:00 last Thursday night.
The occupant of the vehicle, 61-year old John Keith, of Silver Point, was taken into custody after Deputy Dunigan reportedly found him in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a shotgun.
Keith was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, first-degree possession of a controlled substance – meth, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He was also served a Hardin County bench warrant for failure to appear.
