The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an identity theft scam.
Around 10:00 Monday morning, Sheriff Brent White says a Kuttawa resident reported just under $10,000 was fraudulently taken from an account in his name with the Small Business Administration as it related to his business.
Deputy Danny Collings is investigating the report.
