The award-winning Broadway musical “The Music Man” was recently presented in Hopkinsville at the Alhambra Theatre.
Local resident Kasey Miranda was featured in the lead female role and she is grateful for the opportunity. For Miranda, this was the first time to lead in a live presentation, and expressed it was defiantly an eye-opening experience but one she will remember forever. She shared it was a lot of work to learn all the lines, movements, and songs with months of practice but the rewards were well worth the effort. She is grateful to Campanile Productions for the opportunity plus the entire cast for their support and encouragement and added she made friendships that will last a lifetime.
One thing that stands out in her mind is the response from the local area. This presentation drew a large number of people from the Princeton community to make the trip to see the show. Miranda appreciates the support from the community and the comments that were made to her after each performance.
